Laura is 30 years old and has a fast food cart that she maintains so that she can sell on the weekends. Gradually over time, she began buying chairs and tables whenever she had the money. She completes her work with the help of two kitchen assistants. Her schedule is from 6pm to midnight.

The area where she sets up shop was recently paved, which has helped to increase her sales. Laura is a single mother with two children in school and another who is still a baby. To move her business forward, Laura needs a loan to buy meat, chicken, fish, and cooking utensils. Her long-term plans include expanding her business and helping her children with their studies.
