Annah is 34 years old and married with five children between the ages of four and fourteen years. She has been running her grocery store for the last seven months and has been making a monthly profit of KES 6,000.
She has been loaned KES 10,000, which she plans to use to purchase kale, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, vegetables, and fruits to add to her stock.
With the anticipated profit, she plans to become a fruit vendor in Lukenya. In the near future, she hopes to start supplying fruits and vegetables beyond Lukenya and its surrounding area.
