Kalsoom is the mother of three children. Two of the children are enrolled in a local school getting their education. She is a housewife who stays at home and does her household responsibilities. Kalsoom is very hopeful that a fully repaired rickshaw will enable her husband to drive it for longer hours and facilitate many more passengers in a day.

The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee.
