Le groupement NONVIGNON G est composé de seize membres. La représentante de ce groupement, du nom de Houinsi Victorine est celle ayant une main levée sur la photo. Dans le but de rehausser le niveau de leur activité afin de mieux faire face à la demande de leur clientèle, ce groupement sollicite pour une première fois,l'appui financier de ALIDé. Houinsi Victorine est âgée de 62 ans et vit au Bénin. Houinsi Victorine est mariée à un chauffeur du nom de Léonard. Le couple a cinq enfants, tous scolarisés. Houinsi Victorine n'a jamais été à l'école. Pour subvenir à ses besoins, Houinsi Victorine vend de la friperie à son domicile. Parallèlement à cette activité, Houinsi Victorine prépare de la nourriture qu'elle vend à son domicile. Houinsi Victorine mène cette activité il y a une vingtaine d'année. C'est dans un marché du Bénin que Houinsi Victorine s'approvisionne. Dans le but de renforcer leur activité et de mieux satisfaire leur clientèle, Houinsi Victorine et les autres membres du groupe NONVIGNON G sollicitent un premier crédit auprès de ALIDé.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late. However, Alidé remains a healthy institution in good standing with its creditors, and Kiva would like to continue working to support its clients.
