Namsraijav is 45 years old and lives with his two children and wife in a ger (a Mongolian yurt) in the Suhbaatar district of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. His wife works at the local railway. His oldest son is a college student and his daughter is a high school senior. Namsraijav was born in the Huvsgul province. He started to work as a researcher at the local community hospital in 1986. He moved to Ulaanbaatar in 1996 and started a shoe-making and repair business. He has built his business and has much work experience in his field. He is a hard-working and diligent man who says "I am working hard for life and for my family."
