Fabiola, de 30 años es una mujer ejemplar. Ella cuida sola de su pequeño hijo Fabricio de 7 años. Al que educa en casa de sus padres ubicada en la localidad de Santa Ana, en compañía de sus 2 hermanas menores. Elaborar panes en sus diferentes variedades y biscochos, es su especialidad, por eso lleva 10 años dedicada a la panadería bajo las enseñanzas de su padre; hasta hoy en día que laboran juntos. Asegura que gracias a la rentabilidad de su negocio ah podido implementarla aún más, adicionando la venta de mantequilla, queso y embutidos que acompañan a todo pan, por lo que sus ventas subieron. En todo este tiempo a podido cubrir gastos domiciliarios, la educación de su hijo y de ella misma. Pues se encuentra estudiando educación primaria en un instituto de sus localidad en busca de progreso, ya le falta muy poco para culminar.
