Sochea, 34 years old, is a farmer and animal seller. His wife is a garment factory worker. Their income is $5 per day. He has four children, all of whom are studying. Every month, he has to spend $40 on food, $5 on electricity, $10 on school fees and $10 on other expenses. He would like to request a loan of $600 to buy food for feeding pigs, and fertilizer for his farm. In the future, he wants to raise more pigs at home so that he can have enough money to send all of his children to finish high school at least.
