Wellars est né au Rwanda.et il est membre du groupe Tugirubukire. Il est marié, il a 26 ans, il a 1enfant de 5 mois. Il a deux ans des études secondaires. C’est son premier cycle de prêt avec ACB. Il va utiliser son crédit pour acheter 1 hectare de champ ,200 kgs de pommes de terre, 8kgs d’engrais et payer la main d’œuvre. Sa stratégie pour la croissance de son business est d’augmenter la production en utilisant des engrais chimique pour récolte plus beaucoup en fin de satisfaire le marché. Pour ses ambitions il voudrait être un grand agriculteur connu dans sa région, et bâtir sa propre maison d’habitation et sa famille.
