Beatrice is 54 years old and is married with seven children between the ages of 11 and 27 years old. She takes care of one other relative. Her business is well organized. She has six years of experience and she sells charcoal.
Beatrice has requested a loan from Kiva lenders in order to buy more sacks of charcoal to resell. With the profits, she will reinvest in her business, save for the future and pay school fees for her children.
