Otilia
Otilia is a member of the communal bank "Las Aguerridas II" of the district of Tarapoto in the province and department of San Martin. She is married, 53 years old, and she has a 20-year old son. He is attending post-secondary education specializing in economics.

For the past 6 years she has been working as a janitor in various houses. But with the passage of time she felt tired and she did not have any time to spend with her family. For this reason and under her own initiative she started out selling clothing.

Her first loan was in the amount of S/.300 nuevos soles, granted by the Manuela Ramos movement (Kiva Field Partner). She started out her used clothing sales business. She tells us that is has done very well especially because she carries out her sales outside of the city. She has a steady roster of clients. She has increased her business by incorporating the sale of blouses, pants, skirts, and ladies' shoes. This has earned her a very good clientele. This business provides her with a very good income and it provides her with great satisfaction.

With this new loan in the amount of S/. 1000 nuevos soles she will purchase more dresses, blouses, pant, polo shirts, used skirts, and shoes in various models and brands.

Otilia is a hardworking and enthusiastic woman whose dream is to have an inventory of top quality clothing of popular brand names and styles to improve her income.

La Sra. Otilia, pertenece al Banco Comunal “Las Aguerridas II”, del Distrito de Tarapoto, Provincia y Departamento de San Martín. Está casada, tiene 53 años y 01 hijo de 20 años, estudiante de nivel superior en Economía.
Hace 6 años trabajaba como empleada doméstica en diferentes casas, el tiempo transcurría, se sentía cansada y no se daba tiempo para su familia, es por ello y por iniciativa propia que decide dedicarse a la venta de ropa.
Con su préstamo inicial de S/. 300.00 nuevos soles otorgados por el Movimiento Manuela Ramos,inicia su negocio de venta de ropa de segunda mano. Nos ceunta que le va muy bien en sus ventas ya que lo realiza en las afueras de la ciudad, cuenta con clientes fijos. Actualmente incrementó su negocio con la venta de blusas, pantalones, faldas y zapatos para damas, haciéndose de una muy buena clientela. Este negocio le da muy buenas ganancias y le brinda muchas satisfacciones.
Con este nuevo préstamo de S/ 1,500.00, comprará más vestidos, blusas, pantalones, polos, faldas de segunda, y zapatos de diferentes modelos y marcas.
La Sra. Otilia es una mujer trabajadora y entusiasta, su sueño es aumentar su stock de prendas de vestir de primera calidad en marcas y modelos, de esa manera generar mejores ingresos.
