Lucio was born in the city of La Paz. He is married to Rosario, and they have a son who is studying at the university. He lives in his own home, located in the La Guardia neighborhood. He is a craftsman, and he sells handicrafts at the Brazilian border (in Corumba.) He has been doing this work for 30 years. He will use this loan to buy a motorcycle for his son Adrian, who needs it to get to the university, and in this way can save the money he spends on bus tickets. Lucio is grateful to the institution for the support that they have provided him.
El señor Lucio nació en la ciudad de La Paz, casado con la Sra. Rosario y tienen un hijo ya joven que se encuentra en la universidad, su domicilio es propio ubicado en la zona la Guardia, es Artesano y vende artesanías en la frontera con el Brasil (corumba), hace unos treinta años se dedica a esta labor, el destino del crédito es para la compra de una moto para su hijo Adrián quien necesita para movilizarse a la universidad y así poder ahorra dinero en pasajes, se siente agradecido con la institución por el apoyo que se le ha brindado.
