Etaf is a 52-year-old woman. She is married and has one son and four daughters. One of her sons is a Palestinian National Authority employee and her husband is a taxi driver. Etaf's husband drives a taxi, which is a good project in an area of high population like the one where she lives. Etaf wants to pay for licensing and insurance for the taxi. Her family income doesn't cover the necessary expenses, so she needs to take a loan of $1,000 from FATEN. Getting FATEN's loan and paying for taxi expenses will enable her husband to work extra hours and to generate better income for the family. That will cause them to have better living conditions. Etaf is a religious conservative woman so her husband is photographed instead.
