Phorn is a garment factory worker. She is single and stays with her parents and a few siblings. Her family makes $6 per day for income. Every month, she has to spend $35 on food, $3 on electricity, $20 on rent, $15 on transportation, and $35 on other expenses. She would like to request a loan of $900 to study at beauty school and buy the materials needed for her studies. This loan will help her to get a skill that can help her in the future. She plans to get a small shop for a beauty salon because she wants to quit working in the factory.
