Nelly es socia del banco comunal La Gran Amistad, vive por la parroquia de Cumbe, este lugar es de clima frió, tiene una hermosa vista de la naturaleza, su gente es muy amable y mantienen su cultura y tradiciones de sus padres, se dedican al comercio, cría de animales, agricultura y muchos salen a trabajar diariamente en la ciudad de Cuenca.

Doña Nelly tiene 34 años, es casada y en su unión conyugal ha concebido 3 hijos de 13, 12 y 8 años de edad, sus dos primeras hijas estudian en el colegio y su último hijo en una escuelita de la localidad. Su esposo es de profesión panadero, no tienen casa propia por lo que viven arrendando.

La Señora. Nelly labora en una tienda y panadería que es de su propiedad, lleva en el negocio 9 años y trabaja de domingo a domingo desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 10 de la noche.

En el banco comunal se encuentra hace 7 años y su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de harina, manteca, huevos, levadura, azúcar sal, etc. para su panadería.

Su sueño es tener su casa propia.
