Alicia is 30 years old and lives near the city of Latacunga in central Ecuador. She is single and lives with her three children aged 9, 7, and 5 years old.
Alicia is a responsible and cheerful person. Whenever she has problems, she works until she finds the solution. Alicia works in the food service industry. She began her business two years ago.
This is Alicia’s first loan and she will use it to invest in her business. She will purchase rice, sugar, and other foodstuffs. Alicia believes that the loan will change her life, her business, and allow her to give her children a better future. Her dream for her business is to continue to grow and eventually open a restaurant. Alicia’s dream for her children is that they get a good education.
