Mrs. Ven C., 49, works selling a variety of grocery products to people in her area, and generally makes about $3.60 each day. Her husband is a village chef and also helps her sell when he is available. Mrs.Ven C. has five children. Two of them are employed at a garment factory, each earning $2.40 a day, and the rest are unemployed. Lately she has applied for a loan to enable her to purchase more grocery products to meet growing customer demand. The rest of the loan she will use to purchase a motorcycle to use for her business’s transportation. She and her family are appreciative of the loan to her family.
