Batara is from the village Misaktsieli, East Georgia. He is 54 years old and lives with his wife Tina and three adult children. He has two daughters who are 28 and 22 years old, and a son who is 27 years old.
Batara and his wife earn a living with agricultural activities. In particular, they have five milk cows and eight calves. They sell dairy products at the local market. Also, the family owns a greenhouse with a total area of 600 sq. meters, where various vegetables are grown. Batara’s son works as a mechanical engineer in the village. The total average monthly income of the family is 1600 Laris.
With the requested loan Batara plans to construct a new cattle shed. He plans to increase the amount of cows in the farm, but doesn’t have enough space in the existing cattle shed building. He will purchase new cows as soon as the construction of the building is over. The income of the family will grow, which will improve their living conditions.
