Armen as born in 1964 in Kadzharan. He finished Davit-Bek school and them graduated from the Erevan Polytechnic Institute and an engineer-mechanic. He is married and has a son and daughter. His wife works with Armen in their tailoring shop. His son is an insurance agent and their daughter studies without a scholarship in her fifth year at Erevan Pedagological University. He has been in business since 1998. He manufactures specialized work clothes, shoes, work gloves. He delivers his goods to eight enterprises in Kapan and Kadzharan. Armen spends his income on supporting his family and paying for his daughter's education. He is taking out a loan of 1,000,000 drams to buy raw materials: fabric, thread, buttons, soles, leather, etc. This will be Armen's eleventh loan from Nor Orizon.

Армен родился в 1964 г. в городе Каджаране, окончил среднюю школу села Давит-Бек, затем окончил Ереванский Политехнический институт по специальности инженер-механик. Женат, имеет сына и дочь. Жена работает вместе с Арменом в совместно созданном ателье. Сын работает в страховым агентом, дочка учится на на платном заочном отделении Ереванском педагогическом университете на пятом курсе.
С 1998 г. занимается бизнесом: производит рабочую спецодежду, обувь, рабочие перчатки. Полученную продукцию он поставляет на восемь предприятий Капана и Каджарана. Полученную от бизнеса выгоду Армен тратит на содержание семьи и на оплату обучения дочери.
Сумма кредита в размере 1.000.000 драм необходима для закупки сырья: ткани, нити, пуговиц, подошвы, кожа и т.д.
Данный кредит является 11-ым по счету, полученным Арменом из организации Нор Оризон.
