Jacinta, a 35-year-old widow with one child in university, has been running her curio business for 11 years, earning a monthly income of KES 23,000 which she uses for business and personal purposes. She has requested her third loan from KADET Ltd. for KES 80,000 to purchase more curios and necklaces to sell, and plans to use the anticipated additional profit to expand and add more stock. In the future, Jacinta hopes to open a curio shop in town.
