The "Mallku Irpiri" communal bank is starting its sixth cycle in Pro Mujer, as part of the German Busch Central Office. It has eight members and is governed by a board of directors, headed by Mrs. Noelia. The members' businesses are varied and include: bookbinding, plumbing, driving, vehicle repair, a canteen, sewing jackets and backpacks, and shoe sales.

Noelia says that she has belonged to a Pro Mujer communal bank for six years, after receiving an invitation from a friend. She currently has a bookbinding business.

The loan that she is now taking out is for increasing her capital (purchasing carton, leather, etc), buying from a distributor and selling once it is all together. This work allows her to generate an income to support her family where possible. She lives with her partner and has one child.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she replies that she likes the loan savings and the training.

La A.C. “MALLKU IRPIRI” iniciará el ciclo número seis en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Germán Busch. Está compuesta por ocho integrantes, la asociación comunal está dirigida por una mesa directiva a la cabeza de la señora Noelia. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: fabrica de encuadernación, plomería, chofer, chaperia, comedera, costura de chamarras y mochilas y venta de calzados.

La señora Noelia indica que hace seis años que integra una asociación comunal en Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una amiga. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de fabricación de encuadernados.

El crédito que sacará ahora es para el aumento de capital (compra de carton, cuero, etc.) los que compra de la distribuidora y lo venderá en su empleada. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar en lo posible a su familia, pues ella vive en concubinato y tiene un hijo.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el ahorro del préstamo y la capacitación.
