Nemer is a 24-year-old single man from Chtaura. He has been working in a Hooka Cafe since 2009. A hooka is "an oriental tobacco pipe with a long, flexible tube that draws the smoke through water contained in a bowl". He also delivers hookas to homes and businesses upon request, since renting hookas is becoming popular these days.

Nemer is a man with a good reputation. He is liked by most of his customers who are mostly friends, relatives and neighbors. Nemer is requesting a loan from Al Majmoua-Kiva partner for the first time to increase the number of hookas he owns, and to buy additional plastic tables and chairs to increase the number of customers accepted at the shop.

Nemer also works on a school bus in the autumn-winter season to increase his income. He works hard to seek a better living. To improve his business more, part of the loan will be invested in doing necessary maintenance to his van. Nemer hopes to improve his business more and more in the future through buying a new big school bus.
