La Chapina Group's story

Maria, a woman of 48 years of age, lives with her husband and her son, forming a household based on effort and dedication. Ten years ago, she decided to begin her own business, motivated by the experience that she acquired working in an eatery, where she learned to manage and to serve customers. With time, on seeing good results, she decided to set out on her own.

She now works alone, advancing her store as much as her eatery. With the support of a loan, she plans to invest in more products to expand the variety of foods and attract more customers, which will allow her to strengthen her business.

Her great dream is to make her business undertaking grow, convert it to a bigger business and thus generate greater income, which will allow her to improve the quality of life of her family.

She, together with Nicsia and Ana, is part of the solidarity group "La Chapina."
