Christopher is 51 years old and lives in the town of Hoima in the Hoima region of Uganda. He is widowed and has 3 children. None of his children is currently in school. Christopher has a grocery business where he sells food. He has had this business for less than one year.
To help expand his business, Christopher has requested a loan of 1,000,000 Ugandan shillings from BRAC Uganda. The loan will be used to purchase food for resale. With the help of the loan from BRAC, Christopher hopes to generate greater profits and buy food for his family. In the future, Christopher hopes to expand his business.
