Mustafa is 40 years old and lives in the town of Kinubi in the Hoima region of Uganda. He is married and has 3 children. All of his children are currently in school. Mustafa has a grocery business selling food. He has had this business for 1 year.
To help expand his business, Mustafa has requested a loan of 2,000,000 Ugandan Shillings (UGX) from BRAC Uganda. He will use the loan to purchase food for resale. With the help of this loan, he hopes to generate greater profits and pay his children's school fees. In the future, he hopes to be able to complete his rental houses.
