Fatu is 48 years old and lives in Congo town. She is married and her husband is a mason. They have three children ages 19 to 28, all of whom live on their own.
For the past fifteen years Fatu has been selling frozen pig feet and meat in the local market. Sometimes she buys at a very high price and then realizes a very low profit. Fatu is requesting a loan to purchase one carton of pig feet and one carton of frozen meat along with oil and spices for her business. In the future she plans to build a house for her children.
