Mr. Hay is a 62-year-old farmer who lives in Kompong Speu Province. Mr. Hay is married to Mrs. Khiev, age 61. This couple, who work together in the crop-planting business, have six children; two of the children are married and four are single. Mr. Hay is concerned that it is hard for him to walk everywhere and he dreams of having a vehicle so he can ride it to go anywhere without hiring a motor taxi, but he doesn’t have money yet to buy one. Thus, Mr. Hay would like to take out a loan to purchase a second-hand motorcycle for his and his whole family's use. With this loan, he could reduce their travel expenses.
