El grupo se llama "En camino al exito" porque que las integrantes trabajan arduamente dia con dia para llevar al exito sus negocios. El grupo está ubicado en el Estado de Hidalgo, está conformado por 9 integrantes. La señora Guadalupe es la tesorera del grupo. Tiene 30 años de edad, estudió hasta la secundaria y tiene una hija de 11 años. La señora se dedica a la venta de cosmeticos por catalogo desde hace 7 años, dado que el numero de clientas que atiende va en aumento necesita el préstamo para invertir en mercancia y asi poder atender la demanda de sus clietas. Quiere el prestamo para comprar cosmeticos ya que sus clientas la prefieren por que los pagos son flexibles y de muy buena calidad. Con las ganancias quiere ahorrar para la educacion de su hija ya que algun dia quiere verla con una carrera, tambien apoyar en los gastos de su familia.
