A loan of $1,925 helps to buy materials such as sand, cement, bricks, iron, and roofing sheets.

Hường's story
Ms. Hường is 34 years old and lives with her family in Sao Vàng Commune. She currently has three dependent children: her first child is 12 years old and attending secondary school, her second child is 4 years old and in kindergarten, and her youngest child is 3 years old and in preschool. She works very hard to provide daily necessities and ensure her children can continue their education.
Ms. Hường has more than seven years of experience in farming. In addition, she also works as a tailor to earn extra income, but her total monthly income is only about $240, which places her family in the low-income category in the local area. She is applying for her first loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to repair her livestock barn so she can raise more chickens and pigs. With this loan, she plans to purchase construction materials such as sand, cement, bricks, iron, and roofing sheets. She hopes this investment will help her increase her income and improve her family’s financial situation.
Her main difficulty is that the agricultural and livestock products she produces often sell at low prices, which affects her earnings. In the future, she hopes her family will remain healthy and happy, that she will improve her livelihood to support her children’s education, and that she will eventually be able to build a new house for her family.
