Nhung's story
Ms. Nhung is 22 years old and currently lives with her family in Đông Sơn Ward. She recently gave birth to a baby girl who is now more than four months old and depends on her daily care. As a young mother, she is trying her best to balance childcare responsibilities while also finding ways to contribute financially to her household.
She has over two years of experience in small-scale trading, mainly selling fruit. Her husband works as an electrician. Despite their hard work, their family is still classified as a low-income household in the community. During the time she stays home to take care of her baby, she plans to expand her fruit business to earn additional income.
She is applying for her first loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to purchase fruits such as mangoes, dragon fruit, pomelos, oranges, and apples to sell. She hopes this investment will help her better support her child and improve the family’s income.
One of her main challenges is that many customers buy on credit, which affects her cash flow. In the future, she hopes her family will remain healthy and happy, her business will grow steadily, and that she will be able to sell her products at better prices to improve their financial stability.
