Elmer studied up to the third cycle. He is currently single and lives with a sister and his grandparent, with whom he shares his home and gets support in his activities.
Elmer has worked in agriculture for over a year, an activity he learned thanks to his grandparent's instruction. From his harvest, he designates a part for sale and another part for family consumption, which allows him to contribute to the household finances. During the agricultural season, his workday starts at 6:00 am and ends at 12:00 noon. In addition, when the fieldwork reduces, he works at an agro-hardware shop, which allows him to generate additional income.
