Al inicio tuvo ciertos problemas pues no ofrecía muchos servicios porque no tenía suficiente herramientas, pero con el paso del tiempo ha mejorado. Claudio tiene 3 hijos bajo su cargo de 13, 5 y 5 años de edad respectivamente de quienes se encarga diariamente. El solicita un crédito para poder comprar llantas, asientos, cadenas, aceites, balineras, spray entre otros y así activar su negocio con la cual pueda mantener a su familia.
