Jean is a 36-year-old father of three children, aged 8 to 11. His wife is a farmer, and for the past 10 years, he has been growing Irish potatoes.
Jean is the leader of the group named Amahoro Karambo Agric Grp, which in English means "Peaceful Farmers." All of the group members are Irish potato growers.
Jean will use his loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers for his Irish potato farm. He will then sell his harvests at the marketplace to meet customer demand. With the profits from his sales, he hopes to increase yields.
