Greetings from Sierra Leone! This is 30-year-old Gbessay from O.I.C Branch. She is a single Businesswoman with one child the age of 16 years old and currently attending school.
Gbessay runs a retail business and sells fruits to her customers around the communities. She has been in this business for the past 10 years ago. Gbessay says that her challenge is capital is not enough. She started this business to take care of her family.
She requested this loan through BRAC Sierra Leone to purchase more fruits such as rose apple, mango, orange, and watermelon to increase her business. Gbessay says that the extra income from this loan will help to take care of her family.
In the future, she would like to expand to a large scale. She says thanks to BRAC and Kiva for their support.
