Esther's story

Esther is a 28-year-old successful businesswoman with a passion for selling eddoes [taro]. She has three children. She attended school up to eighth grade. She learned about the art of sales from her mother and has been running her business for five years. With no major challenges, Esther operates her business efficiently, using a car or kehkeh to transport supplies and selling Monday through Saturday to a loyal customer base.

To further grow her business, she has applied for a loan with BRAC Liberia. The funds will allow her to purchase more eddoes to sell to meet the increasing demand from her customers. Her ultimate dream is to improve her business. Esther expresses deep gratitude to the founders for their financial support, which will help her achieve her dreams and continue to thrive in her business.
