Beker Jose
A loan of $2,200 helps to maintain 7.04 hectares of coffee.

Beker Jose's story
Beker Jose, a cheerful 24-year-old coffee farmer, lives in a remote community in the San José de Bocay area of Jinotega. He manages a 10.56-hectare farm, 7.04 hectares of which are planted with productive coffee. Beker has several years of experience in agriculture; it is his passion. Coffee is his main source of income to cover his household needs.
This season, he is requesting a loan to purchase supplies such as calcium, boron, and zinc to maintain his coffee plantation and thus increase its yield and quality. During the season, he provides 33 jobs for people in his community. This is his first loan with PACSA.
