Martha Del Rocio and her family live in the parish of Noboa, a place of hardworking people dedicated to farming and raising livestock, an activity with which they manage to get their families ahead.

She is a hardworking woman who seeks the way to earn her resources and, with them, to help her spouse get ahead. She works raising chickens and pigs. She purchases these animals when they are small and has them until they have a proper weight and then sells to merchants who bring them to other cities or sells the chickens by the pound among her neighbors and local stores.
