Jorge did not have the opportunity to go to school. He is partnered and has two children who depend on him.
Jorge has grown basic grains such as corn and beans for 27 years and learned it from his parents. He walks 10 minutes on paths from his house to the plot of land and works there from 6:00 am to 12:00 noon. He also works as an assistant mason.
