A loan of $500 helps to purchase more milk, sugar, flour, butter, onions, rice and other food items to sell.

Saviour's story
Saviour, a vibrant 29-year-old who is single and has two children, has overcome many obstacles in life. She never had the opportunity to attend school.
She became a successful businesswoman, running a thriving business selling milk, sugar, flour, butter, onions, rice and other food items. She learned the trade from her mother. For the past six years, she’s managed her sales seamlessly, transporting her supplies with ease using either a car or a kehkeh. She works tirelessly six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, building strong relationships with her loyal customers.
With her sights set on expanding her business, she has applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva lending partner. This support will allow her to purchase more milk, sugar, flour, butter, onions, rice and other food items to sell, bringing her one step closer to realizing her dream of growth.
Saviour is deeply grateful for the financial assistance from the funders, which will empower her to reach new heights in her business journey.
