Judy

Judy, 49 years old, has three children. For as long as she can remember, she has worked tirelessly to meet their needs, even though she never had the opportunity to attend school. Over the past six years, Judy has built a small business from the ground up, selling rice, red oil, plantain, pepper, and other food items using her savings to start it all. Her passion for her work shines through as she pours her heart into running the business six days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Recently, Judy applied for a loan from BRAC Liberia to help her purchase more rice, red oil, plantain, pepper, and other food items to sell. This loan represents a major step in fulfilling her dream of expanding her business, and she feels so grateful for the financial support from the funders.
