One of these women is Vilma, a hardworking woman with big dreams. Two years ago, she approached the Asociación to request a loan, which she used to purchase yarn in various colors and brands. Vilma is grateful for this opportunity, as it allowed her to maintain her business and earn a good profit to support her beloved family. This motivates her to continue with her business.
This year, she is again seeking a loan to invest in her home. Therefore, she approached the Asociación ADICLA to request a loan to purchase construction materials such as cinder blocks, cement, and sand. Vilma hopes to be part of this process and is already grateful to the people at KIVA for helping many women in Guatemala achieve their goals and dreams.
