Abbasi
A loan of $4,200 helps to buy organic fertilizers for improved yields.

Abbasi's story
Abbasi is a dedicated, 48-year-old farmer living in Luwala Village, Mpigi District. He is a married father of two children, and their wellbeing and education are his greatest motivation. For many years, Abasi has relied on coffee farming as his main source of income, a trade he has grown passionate about and one that supports his household needs. Coffee farming, however, requires continuous investment to remain productive.
In recent seasons, Abbasi has experienced challenges due to declining soil fertility and rising farm input costs. Without sufficient fertilizers, his coffee trees cannot yield the quality and quantity needed to sustain his income and support his family comfortably.
To strengthen his farm, Abbasi is seeking a loan of UGX 15,000,000. He plans to use this support to buy high‑quality coffee fertilizers that will boost soil nutrients, improve the health of his trees, and ultimately increase his harvest. With better yields, Abbasi hopes to raise more income, secure his children’s education, and continue improving his family’s standard of living.
