Edimand's story
Edimand is a hardworking resident of Kijjukizo Village in Lyantonde District. He is a married father of six children, and providing a stable future for his family remains his greatest motivation.
Over the years, Edimand has invested in constructing rental units in Lyantonde Town, which serve as his main source of income. These rentals have helped him support his household and meet essential needs, including school fees and daily expenses. However, the buildings have aged and now require renovation to remain attractive and safe for tenants. Due to limited savings, Edimand is unable to carry out the necessary repairs on his own.
To address this challenge, Edimand is requesting a loan of UGX 10,000,000. He plans to use the funds to renovate the rentals—fixing the walls, roofing, and doors, and improving the overall condition of the units. These improvements will help him retain existing tenants, attract new ones, and increase his rental income.
