Salma
A loan of $900 helps to buy more clothes to sell.

Salma's story
Salma is a hardworking 42-year-old woman who has always wanted to support her family by running a business from home. With limited earnings, she struggled to manage daily household expenses and meet her children’s needs. She has been operating a ready-made ladies’ clothing business for the past 15 years.
With the help of a microfinance loan from CEIP, Salma will be able to stock more ready-made clothes, attracting more women from her community and ensuring a steady income. This support will allow her to contribute more to household expenses and feel confident in her role as a provider. Looking ahead, Salma hopes to expand her small venture into a larger clothing business. She believes that CEIP’s assistance has not only improved her present situation but also created opportunities for a secure and brighter future for her children.
