Saima's story

Saima is a skilled 40-year-old mother of three who supports her family through her sewing business.

Initially, limited financial resources made it difficult for her to purchase sewing materials and manage household expenses, but with the support of a microfinance loan from CEIP, she was able to buy fabric and threads and improve her sewing setup, enabling her to take on more orders and deliver quality work.

As her income increased, Saima gained better control over her household expenses and was able to support her children's education more effectively. Her journey shows how microfinance can empower women and help secure a better future for their families.
