Gladys

Gladys is a hardworking smallholder farmer based in Kapsowar. As a single woman, she has taken full responsibility for building her livelihood through determination and consistent effort. For the past few years, she has devoted herself to farming, gaining practical experience in land preparation, crop management, and post-harvest handling. Through dedication and a willingness to learn, she has steadily improved her skills and productivity.  

Farming is Gladys’s primary source of income and her pathway to financial independence. However, limited access to quality farm inputs has prevented her from reaching her full potential. She often has to work with insufficient or lower-quality seeds and fertilizers, which affects her yields.

Gladys is seeking a loan to purchase essential farm inputs that will help her increase production and improve the quality of her harvest.
