Antonio's story
Antonio resides in the province of Iloilo. He is 55 years old and has two dependents. Like many others in his community, he works as a fisherman to provide for his family. He has been engaged in this livelihood for more than 20 years.
Seeking financial assistance, Antonio is applying for a PHP 40,000 ($700) loan through Kiva's field partner, CEVI-Philippines. He will use the funds to purchase fishing nets to supports his fishing activity.
Antonio aspires to improve his livelihood in the future to provide for his family.
