Las Emprendedoras Paculam Group's story
Petrona lives in one of the communities in Boca Costa in Sololá. She is 20 years old, single, and lives with her dear mother. Petrona has many dreams and desires for her life.
Three years ago, she started her small business buying and selling traditional clothing of the area. Thanks to her good initiative, now she is known in her community. That has given her the opportunity to generate her own income, which motivates her to get up every morning with the hope of improving and being an exemplary woman in her community.
Petrona and her colleagues in the group “Las Emprendedoras Paculam” all have the goal of improving. In the photo, Petrona is shown between her brave and hardworking colleagues.
