Jean Bosco is a widower with children who owns a beauty salon serving men in his community. He is the leader of the group Twikuremubukene-Bikara and is the member raising his hand in the photo.
He has been in this business for 12 years and employs four people. Jean Bosco is requesting a loan to purchase additional supplies to expand his salon and improve service delivery.
With increased income, he plans to pay his children’s school fees, purchase livestock, and grow his business. He is thankful to Kiva and its lenders for their support.
