Koumpentoum 3 Group's story
This group, comprising 12 members who live in the same village, was set up in September 2013. They enjoy strong bonds of friendship.
Madam Djienaba, standing at the left of the photo, is the group's representative. She is 48 years old and married with 5 children, including 3 girls.
She runs a small business selling fruits and palm oil. She buys her stock at the local market and brings it home to sell in front of her house.
Madam Djienaba will use the profit generated by the business to support her family and build up her savings.
