Millisent

Millisent is a smallholder farmer from Migori who has quietly built a new life after losing her husband. As a widowed mother, she turned to farming a few years ago, not just as a means of survival, but as a path toward stability and dignity. Working her land with determination, Millisent has learned through experience how to prepare her fields, plant on time, and manage her crops despite limited resources.

Her biggest challenge is access to quality farm inputs.  With the right seeds, fertilizer, and basic tools, Millisent can significantly increase her harvest and improve her household income. She is requesting a loan to buy these essential inputs so she can make full use of her land and hard-earned farming skills.
